HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY BAG AND COMPLETE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Step 1: Adding items to My Bag
To add an item to your bag start by browsing through our website then simply click on the product image for further information. Most items have a size and colour option you must select then simply click on the “add to my bag” button. You then have the option to go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Proceed to Purchase'. Please note you will not be able to add an item to your bag if it has sold out, however you may be able to contact one of our stores to see if it is still available. Refer to the Store Locater for further information.
Step 2: My Bag
Once you have added all the items to your bag you can review these items at any time by clicking on the “View” button located at the top right hand of your screen. Here you can amend your quantities or remove any items you no longer require. Once you updated all items in your bag please press the “update” button to make sure you are happy with all your items in your bag before you “proceed to purchase” and complete your order. Please note to finalize your order you will also be asked to provide contact details, payment and delivery information.

ADDING ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?

It is easy to store your favourite Forever New items in My Wishlist. Simply click on the item you want and click onto the ‘Add To My Wishlist’ button, you can then keep browsing. You can go back and view your wishlist at any time, just click on the wish list tab at the top right of your screen. When you have finished browsing you can simply add items you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed to complete your order or print your list. Alternatively, you may want to email your wishlist items onto a friend so they can see your selection by simply clicking on the email button. Or share them on facebook and other social media sites.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, whilst you are still browsing and shopping online simply change, remove and update your items as required by updating the quantities in your bag. However, once you have proceeded to purchase and confirmed your order it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order. Your order will be sent to you however, once you receive it you may then return any item you no longer require. Please make sure you refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE AND ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

Yes you can. The process is the same as shopping for yourself. When you enter the payment and shipping pages of the site you can choose to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address.

BUYING A GIFT CARD?

You can buy a Forever New gift card online and it can be used in all our stores across Australia. However please note gift cards cannot be used as payment online. Furthermore, gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash, another gift card will be issued if total amount is not redeemed. Our Forever New gift cards can be purchased on line with $3.00 postage and handling fee.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded for cash nor will they be replaced. All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Please note all stock displayed online is in stock and available to purchase, unless the item is labeled “SOLD OUT”. Unfortunately some of our popular or selected items sell out quickly online, however, you may be able to find it in one our stores instead, so please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available. You can find your nearest store by visiting the Store Locator section of our site.

WHAT CARDS/PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES FOREVER NEW ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners credit cards as well as payment via express pay pal.
Your card will be debited at the time of dispatch. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Forever New.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Forever New adheres to credit card and personal information being kept secure at all times. Therefore, to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure Forever New uses EV Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Extended Validation SSL Certificates give high-security Web browsers information to clearly identify a Web site organisational identity. This encrypts all the information you send across to us including your credit card details. Furthermore, all pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site have the Extended Validation Standard, which will cause the URL address bar to turn green in your browser; this verifies the authenticity of our online security.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. Please note that orders shipped internationally do not include any relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur when your parcel has been delivered. Please contact your local customs office for further duties/taxes information.

WHAT IS FOREVER NEW'S POLICY ON EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS?

The Forever New refund policy is as follows:

Please choose carefully as we will not refund for change of mind.
We will, however, exchange upon proof of purchase within 14 days if the item is in original condition with all labels/tags attached.
We do not exchange or refund underwear, swimwear, hosiery, cosmetics, hair accessories or earrings.
We will refund or exchange your purchase if the item has any fault.
For a refund (faulty items only) or exchange, please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

If you are entitled to a refund for a faulty item, but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a gift card of equivalent value to the item, Forever New is happy to do this for you.
