Delivery/Shipping Info
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post E-parcel. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2-7 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in.

NB: Please note we do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any Australian address.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESS AND P.O. BOXES?
Yes. We can deliver to your workplace. Just include your company name and address when completing the delivery details. For ease of delivery we also deliver to P.O. Boxes.
HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia. A gift card only purchase will incur a flat postage fee of $3.00 and will be sent by registered post. Please note any order over 10kg will incur an additional postage fee.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also request a SMS to be sent to you via your mobile on the checkout pages.
If you have an account with Forever New you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

If there is a problem with your order, please email us customerservice@forevernew.com.au or phone us on 1300 720 687 Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm AEST).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day. Please contact Australia Post with your reference number or contact Forever New at customerservice@forevernew.com.au
Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. Eg a work address. If no one is available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave you a card in your letter box for pick up at your local post office.
If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalising your purchase as you are checking out.
