HOW DO I COMPLETE AN ONLINE ORDER?
Shopping online at Forever New is as simple as:
Step 1: Add items to your bag
- Browse the categories across the header navigation bar which include New Arrivals, Collection, Boutique, Clothing, Bags, Shoes, Accessories, Sale and Gift Card
- Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred colour and size (if applicable) and click ‘ADD TO MY BAG’
- You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag or finalise your order. Under MY BAG you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted items and then click ‘UPDATE’
Please note items marked as SOLD OUT cannot be added to your bag.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?
Save your favorite Forever New items under ‘MY WISHLIST’
- When you have found the item would like to save, click ‘ADD TO MY WISHLIST'
- You can then continue browsing, OR
- View your items at any time by selecting WISHLIST at the top right of the screen
- You then have the option to ADD TO BAG, SHARE, EMAIL or PRINT your WISHLIST
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may return an order once it has been received. Please make sure you refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
Yes you can. When making a purchase, you can nominate to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address in the CHECKOUT process.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Gift Cards are available in AUD and can be redeemed at Forever New located within Australia only. Unfortunately we do not currently accept Gift Cards online. All Forever New Gift Cards are delivered by registered post.
Gift Cards redeemed in Australian stores can only be redeemed for merchandise; they cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the total amount is not redeemed in one transaction, a gift card containing the remaining balance will be issued.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded for cash nor will they be replaced. All our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Unfortunately some popular styles do sell out quickly online. If you would like to inquire about a sold out item, please contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
DO FOREVER NEW STORES OFFER A LAYBY SERVICE?
As a fast fashion retailer, Forever New promise up to the minute international trends. We have new collections delivered every four weeks and new styles arriving daily.
In order to keep true to our Forever New promise, we are unable to offer a layby service alongside our new collections and daily deliveries. We believe the best service we can offer our customers is the latest in international trends, quality fabrics and key styles whilst keeping our prices affordable.
WHAT CARDS/PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES FOREVER NEW ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards. Shopper can also checkout using PayPal.
Please note your card will be debited at the time of order purchase and the transaction will appear on your statement as Forever New.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post E-parcel and registered post for Gift Cards.
