For pre-Christmas delivery* to all New Zealand locations, please place your online orders on or before Monday 9th December, 2013
You will need to ensure your order is placed by midday 12pm AEST/AEDT on Monday 9th December, 2013 in order to qualify for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Forever New will take no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses entered, requests for re-directs or any issue associated with the freight providers which are outside of Forever New’s control.
*Pre-Christmas delivery indicates before Christmas Day, Wednesday 25th December 2013.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
Forever New ships to New Zealand via the Australia Post E-Parcel service, which includes comprehensive parcel tracking. New Zealand customers will receive orders within approximately 7-14 working days.
Orders over AUD$2,000 requires Australian Customs export clearance and will be subject to further delays in shipment whilst authorisation is obtained. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Please note: Orders cannot be delivered to New Zealand PO BOX addresses.
For New Zealand customers, all prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

DUTIES & TAXES
Forever New recommends that New Zealand customers purchasing online check with the New Zealand Customs Local Office before making a purchase, as you may incur New Zealand taxes and duties applied by customs when your order is delivered. Local taxes and/or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. To comply with Australia export requirements, Forever New must declare the full value of all items ordered.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also request an SMS to be sent to your mobile on the checkout pages.
If you have an account with Forever New you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
New Zealand customer orders will be delivered within 7-14 working days from order date.
Please contact Australia Post with your reference number or contact Forever New at email@example.com for more information regarding the delivery of your purchase.
A signature will be required when your order is delivered, so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order. E.g. A work address. If no one is available to sign for your order, your parcel will be carded for pick up at your local post office.
If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please ensure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you finalise your purchase.
