FOREVER NEW ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are disappointed, and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. Product can be returned at one of our stores, or by post to our online digital store.
Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Forever New. Please contact customer service to organise reply paid postage.
To obtain an Exchange and /or Refund you must meet the following return policy conditions;
- item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
- item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached; and
- the Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
We will refund or exchange your purchase if the item/s has any fault.
Please note that in the absence of any fault, we do not exchange or refund hosiery, cosmetics, hair accessories , earrings, underwear or swimwear. Sale items will only be exchanged (not refunded).

Exchange for alternative item/s
If you would like to exchange an item/s for an alternative item/s, please enclose with your item/s a postage paid self addressed post bag and the tax invoice. Please complete the 'Return Form'.
If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.
Refund
To obtain a refund please return your purchase inclusive of the tax invoice to the below address.
Please complete the 'Return Form' indicating that you would like to obtain a refund. A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

RETURN TO A FOREVER NEW PHYSICAL STORE
For your convenience, item/s purchased online may also be exchanged or refunded at any Forever New store within Australia, provided all online return policy conditions are met.
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment.
In the instance that PayPal was your original method of payment; your refund will be credited to a credit card of your choice. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and postage charges cannot be refunded.
