As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have a significant impact, we want to communicate how we are responding at Forever New. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first.


We’re excited to announce that all Forever New Australia stores have re-opened as of the 28th of October 2020. We recognise this has only been possible due to the incredible efforts from our community and healthcare workers and are so grateful. As always, the health of our people and our customers is our number one priority. We have implemented safety measures to ensure your safety in-store..



Stores Updates


We are pleased to confirm that all of our Australian stores are now open for trade. All of our stores are following and complying to all government directed Covid Safe guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for all.

Extended Returns Policy


We understand that you may have purchased items online or in-store and were unable to return due to COVID-19 restrictions.

For eligible purchases, we are extending our returns policy for an additional 14 days from when your local store reopens in line with easing of restrictions.

For all other stores that remain open and trading, we are continuing to follow measures to make your shopping experience safer:

  • Contactless payment
  • Masks where required by state government
  • Hand sanitizer for customer use
  • Team training on physical distancing
  • Thorough and regular store-cleaning and disinfection
  • Physical distancing measures and customer entry limits
  • Contactless styling
  • Easy 14 day exchange and returns for customers who prefer not to try on their purchases in-store
  • Click and collect in selected stores to limit your time away from home
  • Reserve an item online so it's ready to try on as soon as you arrive in-store via our Reserve-In-Store feature.



We've given you more time to enjoy your loyalty reward - they will now expire on 10 November. Simply log into your account to redeem your reward online, or provide your email at the checkout if you're shopping in-store.

Our team of stylists are available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 10pm (AEST) to assist with sizing and styling queries.

Need help with your size? Use True Fit to find your perfect fit, no measuring required. 

For your convenience, our shipping partner Australia Post will be providing contactless deliveries for all locations with no signature required.

Please note: Due to high demand, we are currently experiencing 1-2 days delay on dispatching orders. Rest assured, your order will be dispatched and on its way to you as soon as possible.

  • Orders placed before 4pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Please note, an item from your order may be coming from a store location and may be ineligible for same day dispatch
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following business day
  • *Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods
Express Shipping $14.99 for all orders 2-5 business days from dispatch*
  • Orders must be placed by 4pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday-Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions
  • Please note, an item from your order may be coming from a store location and may be ineligible for same day dispatch
  • Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link
