We hope you and your loved ones are safe and well during these uncertain times. As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to communicate how we are responding at Forever New. It goes without saying this is a challenging period for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first. We’ve been closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organization and have introduced precautionary measures across our stores, distribution centre and Head Office.

What’s more, we’re proud to be able to support those in need by partnering with some incredible global charities, from Half the Sky Foundation - who enhance the lives and prospects of orphaned children in China through development and aid projects, to Save The Children - who respond to global humanitarian crisis caused by conflicts and natural disasters.

STORES

Our stores remain open and our teams will be happy to help. This may change based on government advice we receive, and we’ll keep you updated. As some stores may have limited hours, please check our store locator.

EXPRESS SHOPPING

For express service, shop using our Reserve In Store, Click and Collect or express delivery options.

ONLINE AND DELIVERIES

Our website will remain open with no delays to delivery at this time. Our shipping partner Australia Post will be providing contactless deliveries with no signature required.

STORES

We're sorry, our retail stores are closed until further notice to ensure the safety of our customers and employees during this time. 

EXTEND RETURNS

Due to the unforeseen circumstances, we have extended our returns policy for an extra 14 days after stores re-open, for online and in-store purchases made on or after the 11th of March 2020.


ONLINE AND DELIVERIES

Our website will remain open without delivery delay at this time.

Contactless delivery:

For your convenience, our shipping partner Australia Post will be providing contactless deliveries for all locations with no signature required.

 

Standard Shipping Free over $75 or $9.99 3-7 business days from dispatch*
  • Orders placed before 4pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Please note, an item from your order may be coming from a store location and may be ineligible for same day dispatch
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following business day
  • *Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods
Express Shipping $14.99 for all orders 1-3 business days from dispatch*
  • Orders must be placed by 4pm (AEST) on any business day (Monday-Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions
  • Please note, an item from your order may be coming from a store location and may be ineligible for same day dispatch
  • Express Post delivery is available for orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the postcodes that qualify for Express Post delivery. If you live outside of these postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link
  • Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. Please click here for further information 
  • *Dispatch may take up to 24 hours during sale or promotional periods
