    Employee Online Discount FAQs

    Can my 30% online employee discount be used in conjunction with any other offer?

    No. Your online employee discount is valid on full price purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including loyalty vouchers.

    Will this sale count towards my loyalty account should I have one?

    Yes, if you are logged in when you place your order, your spend will count towards your loyalty balance. However, you are unable to redeem a loyalty voucher on top of your employee discount.

    Can I use an existing service award gift voucher online with my employee discount?

    Yes. This should work as a regular gift card. If you have any issues please contact servicedesk@forevernew.com.au

    Can items purchased with this employee discount be returned in-store?

    Full priced purchases can be returned or exchanged online or in-store up to 14 days after date of purchase.

    When does my online employee discount expire?

    These codes are currently valid until 30/09/2022
