We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and courtesy. Whether shopping in-store or interacting with our team, we ask that all conduct reflects these shared values.

 

To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and secure shopping experience, we kindly ask customers to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Where behaviour does not meet these expectations, our team may act in accordance with our Conditions of Entry policy.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

BAG CHECKS

It is a condition of entry that Forever New may request you to present bags, parcels or containers larger than A4 in size; or prams for inspection upon entry and exit to a store as a loss prevention and safety measure.

Customers will be notified of this policy via signage at store entrances.

Customers who do not wish to give consent to a bag check may:

• be refused entry to the store; 
• not be permitted to purchase any goods; and/or
• be asked to leave the store. 

 

CCTV IN OPERATION

Forever New stores are equipped with CCTV cameras for safety and security purposes. 

• CCTV images may be shared with Police for crime prevention and investigative purposes.
• CCTV cameras are not positioned in fitting rooms.
• Customers will be notified of this policy via signage at store entrances.

 

 

FITTING ROOMS

Fitting rooms are available in our stores for the convenience of customers to try styles and designs from Forever New.

Customers are permitted to take up to 6 items into the fitting room at a time and team members may count garments before entering the fitting room and upon exit.

• If you require a different size or need assistance, please ask a team member before exiting the fitting room.  Avoid leaving the fitting room in undergarments.
• Taking photos or videos inside fitting rooms; or of others is prohibited.
• Smoking, vaping, eating or drinking in fitting rooms is prohibited to maintain cleanliness for future customers.
• Customers may be asked to consent to large items like large bags, backpacks, prams being inspected before and/or after entry to the fitting room.  
  
  

 

FOOD OR BEVERAGES

We ask that you kindly limit the consumption of food and beverages in the store in order to maintain cleanliness and protect merchandise.  Vaping and smoking is not permitted in stores under any circumstances.

 

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN

Children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian and always supervised.

 

ANIMALS

With the exception of service and assistance animals, animals are not allowed inside the store.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING

Forever New prohibits the taking photos of items or store layout without permission from Management.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR SERVICE 

Forever New team members may refuse entry or service to individuals who do not comply with this policy.  This also includes but is not limited to individuals engaging in:

• Aggressive, disruptive, offensive, abusive or intimidating behaviour
• Unlawful behaviour
• Intoxication
• Harassment
•  Repeated returns or suspected fraudulent activity
