IN-STORE RETURNS
You can return your order in-store in person to any of our Forever New stores.
ONLINE RETURNS
To lodge a return via post, log in below to locate your online order and select 'Return Items' to get started. A shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Please note: Choose carefully as swimwear cannot be returned if you change your mind. If swimwear is faulty or defective, do not return the item in-store, instead use our online returns process. See our returns policy for full details.
