Returns

Need to return an item purchased online? We're here to help, every step of the way. You can either return the item(s) via post to our warehouse, or in person to a Forever New store. Some conditions and exclusions apply. 

We’ve extended our Exchange and Returns Policy for Christmas. All purchases between Sunday, 1 December 2019 and Tuesday, 31 December 2019 may be exchanged or returned up until Tuesday 14 January 2020. Please refer carefully to our returns policy for full terms and conditions. Refunds are only available on full price product with a receipt.
