Reserve the items you love online and they’ll be waiting for you to try on or pick up in-store. No pre-payment required - here’s how it works:

Want to simplify your reservation journey? Click on 'Reserve In-store' at the top left-hand corner of the page to select your preferred store in advance.

Reserve in-store

Find an item you love and select ‘Find in-store’ to view stock availability and request a reservation.

If you selected your preferred store in advance and the item/size is in stock, simply click on 'Reserve In-Store' to request a reservation.

After you have reserved your item, you’ll receive an email that your reservation request has been sent - followed by a text message that your item has been placed on hold for you.

Try it on in-store

Once you've arrived in-store during your designated time frame, try on your reserved item, or simply purchase and go.


Where is Reserve In-store available?
Our Reserve In-store feature is available with the following stores:

Are all products online available in-store?

No, not all sizes and styles are available in-store. You can view in-store stock availability once you've selected FIND IN-STORE on the product page.

How many items can be reserved in-store?

You can reserve as many items as you like in-store, however, you'll need to reserve each item individually. In future, you'll be able to reserve multiple items with just one reservation. Watch this space.

How long will my items be held?

Once confirmation has been sent, items are held in your selected store until the time you chose when requesting your in-store reservation. If you can't remember what time you selected, simply refer to your confirmation message for all the details.

Where in-store do I pick up my items?

After you receive confirmation you can head in-store during your designated time frame, notify a sales assistant that you've reserved an item online, and provide your name.

When do I pay for my items?

Once you're happy with your items, make your purchase with a sales assistant in-store.

What price will I pay for my items?

You'll pay the in-store price, which may vary from the online price. Any online promotion codes will not apply.
